What do SalesBuddies do?

SalesBuddies find subscribers for BuddyTools. If you find a client, share the service with them, and get them to want to sign up, MyTechBuddy handles the rest. You’ll register the sale with MyTechBuddy, share the NewBuddy’s (customer’s) contact information with MyTechBuddy, and we do the rest to get them set up with BuddyTools, start solving their tech challenges, and start the subscription.

What do I get as a SalesBuddy?

MyTechBuddy will pay you a portion of the BuddyTools revenue, for the first twelve months that we invoice the NewBuddy. You will earn no less than 10% of the revenue, but if you keep selling you can earn up to 20% of the revenue!

What can I earn?

Every NewBuddy (customer) is different, but let’s make a few assumptions. The below reflects what we’ve found initially.

Let’s assume you’re selling to a preschool with 100 students and an average monthly tuition of $300. Let’s ignore special fees, registration, etc. for simplicity (all of these add to the total invoice revenue).

Total Invoices $30,000 = 100 Students * $300 per Month

TMyTechBuddy charges 1% of invoices to use BuddyTools. Than means, MyTechBuddy makes:

MTB Revenue $300 = $30,000 * 1%

You earn a minimum of 10% for the first 12 months. The more you sell, the more you get, up to 20%. Let’s assume you’re a SalesBuddy, selling 10 NewBuddies a month for 12 months. You’ll get:

120 = 10 New Buddies for 12 Months

$7,200 = $300 Average Revenue * 120 New Buddies * 20% (for selling 10+ NewBuddies this month)

How do you calculate the start of a BuddyTools subscription?

A BuddyTools subscription (and the 12 months of revenue you’ll receive) starts based on the first invoice the NewBuddy (customer) sends through BuddyTools.

Why is this good? If you sign up a NewBuddy but they don’t invoice for a few months (summer break, ramp up, etc.) your 12 months start when they send their first invoice, not when you sign them up. You make more money!

How do I earn 20%?

Your % is calculated every months. If you sell more that month, you get more of the revenue from your sales for the last 12 months. Don’t worry, if you don’t sell anything, you’ll still get 10% because we take care of our Buddies. If you have a down month (or take vacation), you can still earn more the next month on everything you’ve sold for the last 12 months! Let’s break it down.

That’s right – MyTechBuddy keeps paying you even if you have a down month. Even better, the more you sell, the more revenue you earn from for the first 12 months!
